I am currently seated outside with one of the most glorious views nature has to offer: a southwestern sunset. So beautiful – an array of reds, pinks, yellows, and gold. So true and pure.

[Hometown] is so free of pollutants – I can actually see the rays of the sun as it sinks so slowly into the earth. Wow … I am speechless. It is easy to imagine the true size of the sun simply by accepting the largeness of its rays as each one stretches gently across the peaceful sky.

Nature is so incredibly calming – it quietly (but surely) reminds one of how vast its life is – how small – still, significant – we are.

COMMENTARY:

Special Interest (The Sun) + Visual Stim (Light and Colors) = Electrifying Frisson ☀️ It’s like its own form of synesthesia – feeling the colors and light as they caress my skin. Hearing them sing. Makes my scalp tingle! 🎆🎇🎉✨ Anyone else relate to that combination of SpIn, Stim, and Syn?
